The apartment is located in Thollon les Memises (950 m), in one of the new chalet style apartment buildings of residence Le Neve. Thollon les Memises is situated on a plateau above Lake Geneva (Lac Léman), in the Haute Savoie. It is an original French village with many old farms, restaurants and shops. The apartment is situated on the second floor. There are no direct neighbours to the front or the back and, because of the location within the eaves of the building there are no apartments above. This also affords the apartment high wood paneled ceilings which give it a very open yet cosy feel. The apartment sleeps 6-8 people and is ideally suited to two families.

The two double bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite and the other with two single beds (which can be made into a double) are complimented by an extremely comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area giving spacious accommodation for 6. In addition the two bunk beds in the corridor are ideal for young ones.
Self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen is a breeze in summer or winter. The full oven, four riing hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle etc along with plenty of utensils and crockey means your holiday cooking/cleaning time can be minimised or time can be taken to create a gastronomique delight!!
If you choose not to enjoy the local bars or restaurants evenings a night in can be enjoyed using the cd/dvd/vhs player or board games so bring some cds/dvds/videos! There is also a fully equipped laundrette in the village.
The apartment is 300m from the gondola station and the centre of the village.
