Availability

Rent - The rent is for the apartment per week and not per person. Shorter, longer periods and long weekends will be considered at an agreed rate according to availability and time of year. Similarly, discounts are available for fortnight rentals (price on request). The rent covers the use of the apartment and all utilities however tenants are asked to provide their own bed linen (there are duvets and pillows on all beds) and tea towels.

Refundable Deposit - A refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of balance payment, this will be used to cover any damage and /or breakage's, also the cost of cleaning if required. As this is a private rental, tenants are asked to make sure the apartment is clean and tidy for the next tenants, so please leave it as you would expect to find it. This deposit will be refunded in full following a satisfactory inspection and return of the keys.
